My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for a family with kids, although the small beds might not be ideal for taller individuals. The service was nice and warm, with helpful staff, even though not as friendly as expected initially. The location was very convenient for exploring Old Town Bamberg and other nearby attractions but a bit far from affordable dining options. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options, including handmade pasta. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room for improvement in service friendliness and dining accessibility.
